Kitsch Collars prides itself on its delivery times. Collars are made and then dispatched as soon as possible after payment is received. Coats are dispatched usually within two weeks. If this is not possible, I will e-mail you.
Sometimes there are delays due to all items being handmade with love, at home, in a busy dog, family, toddler, hectic environment. During the summer show season, it can be really busy keeping up with my 25+ charity customers orders. These are bulk wholesale orders usually needed asap. As a one woman show I can only ask you to be patient!

Brass Recycling
If you would like me to re-use Kitsch Collar hardware from your old collar, please return brass to me, with an order form for the new collar to the address listed above. You will then be able to deduct 20% from the cost of the new collar. The collar has to be the same width as before so I can re-use your brass!
Please do not send me your old collar in its entirety, just the brass please!
