Delivery Information

Here at Kitsch I aim to get all orders out to you within 2 -3  working days. This includes bespoke collar orders. Stand alone coat orders are usually sent the same or next working day. I currently post Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

I offer a range of delivery prices to suit all.  Delivery charges are based on weight of products in basket, the urgency of order and the destination address. I also offer re-purposed packaging rates to make your delivery as good value as possible.

I use Royal Mail for all my postage services.

Customers in the EU.

Packets are sent with Royal Mail International Standard based on weight. 

I try to keep costs as low as possible for you but you may be charged import VAT and a handling charge by customs. You must pay any charges once contacted or your packet will be returned or destroyed by customs.

If you are making a return (coats only) please mark packet/form RETURNS No commercial value.

Customers in the US. Trump has removed the long standing de mimimus exemption for all imported goods below $800. So for the time being I have had to cease sending goods to the U.S and will visit this again in 6 months.

Returns. Coats and leads only

All coats must be in original packaging, unworn & FREE OF ANY HAIRS. Turn inside out and check thoroughly.  It is not acceptable to take your coat for a walk to double check size. Refunds will be issued on inspection of coat.
